Crumblemallow Bars- A Crunch-tastic Recipie

Crumblemallow Bars

Crunchy granola. Gooey marshmallows. Chocolatey toppings. What’s not to love?

Take your favorite Uncle Crumbles granola and turn it into a gooey, crispy, completely customizable treat with these easy Crumblemallow Bars.

They’re inspired by the classic marshmallow cereal treat—but with a big Uncle Crumbles twist. Choose Golden Gains Crunch for a rich, nutty crunch or Strongberry Shortcake for a fruity, strawberry-coated version. Then finish them with chocolate, sprinkles, toasted coconut, strawberry flecks, or whatever your inner Granologist dreams up.

What You'll Need

  • 2 bags Uncle Crumbles Golden Gains Crunch or Uncle Crumbles Strongberry Shortcake (645.2g total)

  • 3 to 3.5 cups Marshmallows (203.5g)

  • 1 whole stick butter (113g)

  • 1  *splash* of vanilla extract  (optional)

  • 1 Cooking pot

  • 1 Spatula

  • 1 Pan for cooling these tasty treats

  • Assorted chocolates, sprinkles, toasted coconut, strawberry “flecks”

  • Popsicle sticks (also optional)

How to Make Crumblemallow Bars

1. Weigh or measure out all your ingredients.

2. Pour granola of choice into a bowl.

3. Place the butter in the pot and start melting. When it’s almost all melted, start adding your marshmallows. One cup at a time until all marshmallows are melted.

4. If using vanilla extract or flavoring, now is the time to add it to the marshmallow mixture. Pour over the granola.

5.Using a spoon, (carefully, ‘tis hot Crumblehead) mix the melted marshmallows with the granola.

6.Pour into the desired pan and chill in the fridge until ready to cut and decorate. (20 mins is recommended, but if covered overnight it will be fine)

Want a Smaller Batch?

Just making treats for a few Granologists? No problem.

Half-Batch

  • 1 bag Uncle Crumbles granola (322.6g)

  • 1 to 1.5 cups marshmallows (101.75g)

  • ½ stick butter (56.5g)

Follow the same preparation steps above.

Make It Your Own

The best part of these Crumblemallow Bars is that there’s no single way to make them.

Try Golden Gains Crunch for a rich, satisfying crunch or Strongberry Shortcake for a fruity twist. Then raid the Granolabratory for your favorite toppings.

Chocolate? Absolutely.
Toasted coconut? Yes.
Sprinkles? Obviously.
Strawberry flecks? You know it.

Snack curiously. Snack courageously.

And whatever you put on top, remember: there's no wrong way to crumble.
