We do not accept returns nor issue refunds for any of our products located in retail stores or e-commerce platforms.
However, if you find that the quality of Uncle Crumbles™ product is not up toour standards, please complete the contact us form within 30 days from order confirmation, to arrange for a replacement product. 

For issues of quality, Uncle Crumbles™ reserves the right to request the product(s) in question be shipped back to headquarters within 30 days from order confirmation, for further assessment by our Quality Assurance team.  Incurred shipping costs for the returned product will be the responsibility of the customer.

For clarification, orders may be limited or cancelled at any time including after receipt of a confirmation or shipping
email. For product(s) purchased from Uncle Crumbles™ e-commerce website using a credit card, an authorization may be placed on your credit card when you place an order. You will be charged for an item (and your purchase of such item will be complete) when the item in your order is shipped.

Shipping Charges and Limitations.

When product(s) order is placed, it will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser, as long as such shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on the Uncle Crumbles™ e-commerce website. Uncle Crumbles™ is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the delivery address provided with the order.  Risk of loss and title for product(s) purchased from Uncle Crumbles™ e-commerce website pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. Shipping charges may exceed actual shipping costs.
