Listen, we’ve tried every eating regimen under the sun. Keto. Paleo. The "Don’t Eat Anything You Can’t Pronounce" diet. (Imagine our horror when they came for quinoa.) And let us tell you, navigating food fads is exhausting—like spending all night perfecting a brilliant granola recipe.
