Let me take you back to a crisp autumn morning in New England. The leaves had fallen. I was stepping into town for a quick pick-me-up when I stumbled upon a mysterious dry-goods merchant. He had barrels full of pale green seeds that he had struggled to sell, despite their proven antioxidant qualities and rich flavor. I began my usual 75-point inspection as follows…”
