Peanut Butter Granola Apple Wheels

(Note from Uncle Crumbles: Ladies and gentlemen, prepare your jaws, for they are about to drop. And hunger. – U.C.)

Peanut Butter Granola Apple Wheels

Prep time: 5 minutes

Makes: 4 apple wheels

A Granola Revelation in 4 Simple Steps

Here’s the recipe (if you can even call it that) for Peanut Butter Granola Apple Wheels:

  1. Core an apple and slice it into four wheels.

  1. In a microwave-safe container, warm up some peanut butter until it’s spreadable – about 30 seconds in the microwave.

  1. Smother the apple wheels with said peanut butter.

  1. Top with Uncle Crumbles Brainberry granola for a crunchy, brain-boosting finish. That’s it. No ovens. No measuring cups. Just you, an apple, some peanut butter, and the granola equivalent of pure brilliance.

Brainberry + Apple + Peanut Butter = Craveable, Crunchable Genius

Let’s talk Brainberry granola, the crown jewel of this snack. With omega-3-packed seeds and freeze-dried blueberries, this granola isn’t just tasty—it’s practically a brain workout. Pair that with the protein power of peanut butter and the natural sweetness of a crisp apple, and you’ve got a snack that’s as nutritious as it is delicious. It’s also ridiculously fun to eat. (Learn more about Brainberry here)

Grab a wheel, take a bite, and marvel at the crunch, the punch, the zing of blueberry. You might even feel smarter—probably because of all those omega-3s, but also because you had the wisdom to make this snack in the first place.

Godspeed, granola snack creators!
